Terms of service

Terms governing merchant accounts, trials, subscriptions, and use of the SmmStoreFront platform.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SmmStoreFront multi-tenant SaaS platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Last updated:

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and SmmStoreFront for use of the platform at smmstorefront.com.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. The service

SmmStoreFront provides software for merchants to operate branded online stores: templates, CMS pages, catalog and checkout, supplier integrations (including PerfectPanel-compatible APIs and HstockPlus), payment gateway configuration, and optional tools such as Cloudflare helpers.

We may update features, impose reasonable usage limits per plan, and perform maintenance with notice when practicable.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate registration information and safeguarding your credentials.

One account must not be shared in a way that violates plan limits or security policies.

4. Trial and subscription

New merchants may receive a promotional trial period (commonly about three months) as described on the pricing page and in your tenant dashboard. Trial length and features may change.

After trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription approved through the renewal workflow in your dashboard. Failure to renew may suspend or disable your domain.

5. Merchant responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your storefront content, pricing, refunds, customer support, and compliance with laws in your jurisdiction and your customers' jurisdictions.

You must comply with terms of payment providers (including Payeer), upstream wholesale panels, marketplaces, and any third-party scripts you embed (including Affilixo).

You must not sell prohibited goods or services, infringe intellectual property, mislead customers, or use the platform for spam, fraud, or abuse.

6. Platform role and disclaimers

We provide software infrastructure. We do not guarantee approval by payment processors, panel providers, or app stores. We are not a party to transactions between you and your end customers unless explicitly stated.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Third-party services

Integrations (Payeer, PerfectPanel API, HstockPlus, Affilixo, Cloudflare, and others) are provided by third parties under their own terms. Your use of those services is at your risk.

Optional Cloudflare helpers require credentials or OAuth authorization you provide. You may configure Cloudflare manually without using our helper.

8. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the platform software, templates, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform while your subscription is active.

You retain rights in your own storefront content. You grant us a license to host, display, and process your content as needed to operate the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, legal requirement, or risk to the platform or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (fees owed, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you are on a free trial, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your storefront, your customers, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or laws.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Replace this section with counsel-approved governing law and venue before production reliance.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
