TheFameNest Admin Walkthrough: Run Your SMM Storefront in One Hour
1 juillet 2026
A click-by-click tour of tenant Admin on thefamenest.com — site branding, catalog, panel supply, batch packages, page edits, and where revenue shows up.

You launched an Instagram growth storefront like thefamenest.com. Traffic is not the problem on day three. Checkout is — because the service exists but the package tiers do not, or the panel order never routes because the supplier field is empty.
This walkthrough maps every screen you touch in tenant Admin to get from "domain connected" to "paid order fulfilled." We use TheFameNest as the live demo store; your URLs will match your own domain (yourstore.com/admin).
If you have not chosen a platform yet, read why resellers skip custom builds first — this post assumes you already have a tenant on smmstorefront.com.
What you actually manage in Admin
Tenant Admin is not one settings page. It is a small ops stack: brand the storefront, wire supply, price SKUs, edit landing copy, then watch orders and revenue. Here is the map we follow below.
| Job | Admin route | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Brand & contact | /admin/site-appearance, /admin/config | Logo, colors, support email — buyers decide trust in 3 seconds |
| Catalog structure | /admin/platforms, /admin/service-types | Platform grid (IG, TikTok…) and service families (Followers, Likes…) |
| Services & packages | /admin/services, /admin/packages | What you sell and at which quantities/prices |
| Supply (SMM panel) | /admin/supplier-providers | PerfectPanel API — orders auto-forward to your wholesaler |
| CMS pages | /admin/pages | Service landing HTML, FAQs, testimonials blocks |
| Revenue & orders | /admin/dashboard, /admin/orders, /admin/payments | Daily revenue chart, fulfillment status, payment log |
Footnote: routes use the /admin prefix on your tenant domain — illustrative checklist for SMM Storefront tenants.
Log in to your tenant Admin
Open https://yourstore.com/admin (TheFameNest: thefamenest.com/admin). Use the email and password from your signup or invite. System admins can also enter a tenant from /admin/tenant-dashboard without re-registering.

Set up your storefront in the first hour
Work top-down: appearance → catalog skeleton → services. Do not write blog posts before the first SKU can checkout.
Site appearance and config
Site Appearance (/admin/site-appearance) holds logo, favicon, store name, header/footer partials, and theme colors. TheFameNest runs the follower-growth template — purple accent, social platform grid on the homepage.

Config (/admin/config) is the back office: support email, SEO defaults, payment-related toggles, and integrations (HstockPlus for digital accounts, GTM, Turnstile). Split across General / API / Email / Integrations tabs so you are not hunting one giant form.
Platforms, service types, and services
/admin/platforms lists Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc. /admin/service-types defines Followers, Likes, Views. A service is the sellable row: platform + type + your marketing copy.

Operator note: Packages are not in the left nav. Click Packages on a service row, or go directly to /admin/packages?service={id}. New operators lose twenty minutes looking for a menu item that was never there.
Edit storefront pages
Template stores ship with CMS pages (home, about, legal, per-service landings). Open /admin/pages, pick a page, and use the Content tab — TinyMCE with live preview CSS so WYSIWYG matches the storefront.

Service landings use placeholders like {{packages}} and {{faq}} in body HTML; the platform injects live catalog data at render time. Change prose in Admin — not hard-coded theme files.
Wire supply: panel import → service binding → batch packages
Manual copy-paste of panel service IDs does not scale. Connect your wholesaler once, import SKUs, bind each storefront service, then batch-generate price tiers.
1. Add an SMM supplier (PerfectPanel)
Go to /admin/supplier-providers → SMM Suppliers in the Catalog menu. Add a PerfectPanel Customer API connection (API URL + key). The admin verifies balance before saving.

2. Import services from the panel
Open a provider → Import. The admin pulls the remote service list; tick rows to create local services with correct min/max quantities and wholesale rates.

3. Bind fulfillment on each service
Edit the service (/admin/services/[id]/edit). In Supplier fulfillment, pick the provider and remote service ID. That sets pricingMode: rate_per_thousand and allows custom quantities at checkout.

Digital accounts path: if you sell Gmail or social accounts instead of SMM metrics, skip SMM Suppliers. Put HstockPlus API keys under /admin/config → Integrations, then import via /admin/services/import by product URL.
4. Batch-create packages
With a bound supplier, open /admin/packages?service=… and click Batch create packages. The modal reads your panel $/1k rate, applies your markup, and seeds standard tiers (100 / 500 / 1k / 5k, etc.). Sync tiers across package types (High Quality, Active, etc.) in one pass.

No database rows? Services on rate_per_thousand can also sell virtual tiers at checkout — but most operators want visible package cards for SEO and comparison tables.
Run the store: dashboard, orders, payments
Once checkout works, live in three screens.

Dashboard (/admin/dashboard) — completed order count, total revenue, customer count, monthly/daily revenue bars. Exclude test emails in Config if your team spams trial checkouts.
Orders (/admin/orders) — fulfillment inbox: status, supplier order ID, digital delivery links, subscription cycles. This is where you answer "where is my order?"

Payments (/admin/payments) — card/crypto/Payeer payment log by status. Pair with /admin/customers for repeat buyers.
DIY custom build vs SMM Storefront admin
| Task | Custom build | SMM Storefront tenant Admin |
|---|---|---|
| First sellable SKU | 2–6 months (dev + payments) | Same day — template + panel import |
| Panel sync | Custom API integration | Built-in supplier import + bind |
| Package tier pricing | Spreadsheet → dev deploy | Batch create from wholesale rate |
| CMS service pages | WordPress or hard-coded | Per-tenant pages + placeholders |
| Payment stack | Stripe often declines SMM | Payeer partner + crypto gateways included |
Footnote: illustrative comparison — timelines vary by team; platform-stated launch target ~30 minutes for catalog + template apply.
Supply chain in one paragraph
SMM Storefront sits in a stack operators already use: wholesale fulfillment via PerfectPanel-compatible APIs, digital inventory from HstockPlus when you cross-sell accounts, and card/crypto checkout through Payeer partner rails on smmstorefront.com. You run one Admin — not four SaaS dashboards that ban SMM traffic.
Your next step
Mirror this checklist on your tenant: appearance → supplier → import → bind → batch packages → publish page edits → watch /admin/dashboard after your first test order. TheFameNest is a public reference for layout and copy patterns; your panel credentials and margins stay in your Admin only.
